Chocolate Chip Recipe

These cookies are the Bomb!

Bake them at home and tag us on social media!

 

You will need:

  • Stand mixer with paddle attachment or hand mixer
  • Mixing bowls
  • Rubber spatula
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Baking sheet fitted with parchment

 

Pre-heat oven to 350*F

 

Softened butter

1 cup

Oil

2 Tbs

Brown sugar

1 Cup

White Sugar

½ cup

Vanilla (pure)

1 tsp

Large eggs

2

Salt

1 tsp

Baking Soda

½ Tbs

Corn starch

2 Tbs

Flour

2.5 cups

Quick oats

1 cup

 

Step one: mix the softened butter, oil & sugars on medium speed until the mixture becomes lighter in colour. (this will take a few minuets) Scrape down bowl

 

Step two: add Vanilla and eggs, continue mixing at medium speed until mixture is fully incorporated Scrape down bowl.

 

Step three: Add all dry ingredients to the butter mixture at once, slowly mix everything together until a dough forms, scrape down bowl one last time to ensure all ingredients on the bottom of the bowl are incorporated.

 

Step four: add desired chocolate chips (we added white, semi sweet and mini eggs)

 

Step five: form cookies on baking sheet while leaving space between each to spread.

 

Bake cookies for 8-10 minuets
